Unfortunately due to past negative experiences I am very careful accepting large group bookings.
If you plan to book, or have booked, with a larger group, please be aware of the following conditions.
If I feel that the person booking will not take these conditions seriously, I retain the right to cancel their booking.
In larger groups, I will get some attendees who have been dragged along by more enthusiastic members 😄
Please make sure that you book only for those who want to attend 🙏
This can even entail asking your group who is genuinely interested in attending 😊
I find that in larger groups members of that group tend to act out more.
Or that there was a previously jovial attitude amongst the group, which is then transported onto the tour.
Please consider the other guests, as well as the guide (me). This can be very distracting and lead to a detrimental tour experience for others.
Please be on your best behaviour 😇
By accepting a larger group I take on a much greater risk of loss of income.
If you're booking for a larger group, please take the booking very seriously, and do not cancel.
If you really have to cancel, then please do so many many days before the actual booking.
I am making large group bookings available, since I've also had some very good experiences with larger groups.
